Still Alcohol Spirits


Ingredients:   40ml Irish Whiskey
80ml Hot coffee
30ml Fresh cream
1 tea spoon of brown sugar
Method:   Pour into the glass (for hot drink) hot coffee, Irish whiskey, and add a teaspoon of sugar. Warm the mixture over a burner. Do not boil the mixture. Float Cream on top. Suggested to use a coffee spoon, place near the surface of glass and pour the cream gently over to enable it to float.
